- Heart Path Counseling, LLC, was created because of my desire to help people live a more fulfilling life.
I offer individual counseling for adults and adolescents for all types of concerns. These include grief, trauma and loss, depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, addictions, limiting beliefs, and self esteem issues. My approach is tailored to the specific needs of the client. I utilize innovative techniques to help clients overcome the obstacles that are in the way of living the life of their dreams.
One of the primary models I use is Dynamic Energetic Healing®. DEH is a powerful protocol that incorporates a variety of healing interventions from the Energy Psychology field, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), manual muscle or energy testing, and vibrational tools.
I have more than 20 years experience as an educator, life coach and counselor. Most of my experience is in working with adolescents and women of all ages.
I am a certified Dynamic Energetic Healing Practitioner, trained by both Howard Brockman and Mary Hammond, the developers of the model. I have taken extensive trainings in energy psychology models. I am also pleased to share that I have added Heart Centered Hypnotherapy to my private practice. Hypnotherapy is a powerful healing technique that can be used for a variety of issues, such as body image, overeating/weight loss, compulsive behaviors/addictions, smoking cessation, relationships, fears, stress, goal achievement and living a fulfilling life.
